1st day start to keep fit.

ello..im back~yesterday i went to kl-midvelly. ah bing,my bro,kyunie and macus.

we take bus,lrt,putra line then only reach there.
quite enjoy went out with them.
actually i my reason to go there cause of my "ALICE" stand for -alice in wonderland 3D.
hihi...funny leh~but i wish to take photo at there but already take off.i mean the fair lah~

at there,i had bought two things,
1st is pdi cloths
2nd is HIMALAYA-keep fit medicine 0,0..around rm188 after less,the normal price is rm260.so i decide to take it,but got rules!!!aiz...really hard for me to control..
the 1st rule is .....
NO FRIED FOOD ALLOW. then ah bing only willing to paid half to sponsor me...

aiz...really hard.but i also have to try it.
no more fat ..no more plum..

since ah bing didt mention i big size...humm...but i can realize somemore who bf dun like his gf look pretty vs sexy???
right?
so~~~i try to keep back.since i feel wanna keep back too..
try to turn back my old look.._(slim body)..haha
but this time i wan to maintain my shape somemore..
got front got back then only look more nice.
not only slim.
slim until like a stick also not look pretty ....

so~.wish that i can do it..!!!

after three months can see the result..
all my frens...wait me!!!.
